Hi, I’m Emma 👋🏼
I’m a Certified Executive Coach (ICF accredited Level 2 Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching) with over 15 years of experience in recruiting, building, coaching, and leading teams in fast-paced tech scale-ups like ASOS.com, Apple, notonthehighstreet.com, and Carwow as Head of Talent Acquisition.
Having built teams across all departments - from Sales and Marketing, Engineering and Product, People, Finance, to Legal, including up to the C-suite - I fully understand the highs and lows of working in rapidly changing, often ambiguous, high-pressure environments and know what it takes to thrive, as well as the obstacles that can hinder success.
As a coach, I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential and achieve lives and careers they can be proud of. I have a special interest in assisting women in tech-based industries to overcome challenges related to confidence or overwhelm - and thrive in their careers.
I am also currently studying an Advanced Neurodiversity in Coaching Certificate (completion July 25)
